You can pay easily with Paypal, Credit Card or if you're within Europe, you can also pay via bank transfer. If you'd like to pay using this method, please contact us first at info@faith-21.com .Should you have any questions concerning payments contact us!

Du kannst ganz einfach per Paypal, Kreditkarte oder innerhalb Europas auch per Vorkasse (Überweisung) bezahlen. Solltest du per Vorauskasse zahlen wollen, kontaktiere uns bitte vorab unter info@faith-21.com. Solltest du Fragen bezüglich Bezahlung haben, melde dich einfach!

How much are the shipping fees?
You will get the exact shipping fee before you finally order. Once you put an item in your shopping cart, choose your country and click on Update Total to see the shipping costs to your country. Shipping within Germany for example is 1,50€ per tee and 2,50€ per sweater, 3€ per tee within Europe and 8€ per sweater.
We ship surfboards online within Europe. Within Germany a board shipment costs 25€, within the EU 45€.
Was kostet mich Porto und Versand?
Du bekommst den exakten Betrag für Porto und Versand bevor die endgültig bestellst. Sobald du dein ausgewähltes Produkt ins Cart gelegt hast, dein Land ausgewählt hast und auf Update Total geclickt hast, wirst du die Versandkosten sehen können. Innerhalb Deutschlands kostet ein T-Shirt zum Beispiel nur 1,50€ und ein Sweater oder Hoody 3€, innerhalb Europas verschicken wir T-Shirts für nur 3€ und Sweaters und Hoodies für 8€.
Wir verschicken Surfboards nur innerhalb Europas. Innerhalb Deutschlands kostet der Versand eines Boards 25€, innerhalb der EU 45€.

Can I return the products I ordered?
Yes, of course. If the size is wrong please inform us before you send the products back to us. Once we received the items unworn, clean and in the original package we will gladly send you another size. If you rather would like to have a money refund, no problem, we will refund you the product price.
Kann ich die gelieferte Ware umtauschen?
Ja, sicher. Falls dir das bestellte Teil nicht passen sollte, schicke uns einfach eine email und sende das Teil ungetragen, sauber und originalverpackt zurück und wir tauschen es in eine andere Grösse um. Wenn du lieber dein Geld zurück haben möchtest, erstatten wir dir den Produktpreis zurück.

Yes, you can. We produce a small quantity of surfboards every season, a small selection you can see and buy here in our online store. If you wish to get a custom board you can contact us at info@faith-21.com and we will help you through the ordering process. We ship custom boards to everywhere in Europe and the prices range from 499€ to 549€ for shortboards and fish boards, depending on your chosen fin system and design.
